Features:

●F-2311 Micronized Wax improves the scratch resistance and slipperiness of coatings, offering excellent transparency and a smooth feel. It also enhances the lubricity, hardness, anti-sticking properties, and abrasion and scratch resistance of the paint film, without affecting recoating.

●Due to these unique properties, it is particularly recommended for use in furniture paints, interior paints, general industrial coatings, powder coatings, plastic coatings, UV-curable coatings, and coil coatings to enhance abrasion resistance.

●It is also widely used in masterbatches, release agents, hot melt adhesives, injection molding, and extrusion.

Dosage:

Generally, add 0.3-2.0% of the total coating amount.

Packaging and Precautions:

20 kg/bag (packaged in a polyethylene plastic bag).

Keep cool and away from heat and ignition sources. Store properly until fully used.
