Features:

●QT-24000 is a polymer dispersant, which is widely used in solvent-based (UV-containing) inks and coating systems;

●It has excellent grinding and dispersing effects on both carbon black and organic pigments;

●It has a more prominent effect on dispersing high surface carbon black in various packaging ink systems, and has a very good viscosity reduction effect;

Scope of application:

Disperse and grind carbon black and organic pigments in various packaging ink (UV and PU) systems;

Disperse and grind carbon black and organic pigments in industrial paints, plastic paints and other systems;

Usage and dosage:

First dissolve QT-24000 in the mixture of grinding base materials, and then add pigments for grinding.

Organic pigment: 7~15%;    Low surface carbon black: 10~20%;    High surface carbon black: 40~80%;

Packaging and precautions:

25KG/iron barrel;

Keep away from heat and fire, place in a cool and ventilated place, and keep in a sealed container for 36 months;
