Description:

DH-7325S is a water-based adhesion promoter for metal substrates. It can bond with the metal surface through the interaction between the adhesion group and the metal surface, thereby improving the adhesion.

Physical indicators:

Appearance: Yellow transparent viscous liquid

Solid content: 60%

PH value: 5~6

Acid value: 60~90mg/KoH

Solvent: Diethylene glycol butyl ether

Features:

● It can significantly improve the adhesion of metal substrates, improve the flexibility, boiling resistance, cup coating and corrosion resistance of the paint film;

● It is suitable for steel coil coatings, can coatings, anti-theft doors, automobiles and other coatings, which can be sprayed, dipped and poured. It is suitable for polyurethane systems, acrylic systems and epoxy phenolic systems.

● This product has acid function, it has a catalytic effect, and cross-links the amino paint during baking, so the amount of catalyst can be reduced or the baking temperature can be lowered.

Amount added to the total amount of paint: 2~6%;
