Features:

●High dispersion efficiency and wide application. Can greatly improve product storage stability.

●Can effectively reduce surface tension and improve pigment wettability. Has good dispersibility for organic pigments.

●Can significantly shorten grinding time, has particularly excellent viscosity reduction effect when grinding carbon black and can provide excellent blackness and gloss.

Usage and dosage:

Organic pigment amount: 7-15%;     

Low surface carbon black amount: 10-20%;

High surface carbon black amount: 40-80%;

After calculating the amount, use solvent to prepare dispersion liquid, soak and wet the pigment with this liquid, add resin and stir evenly at high speed before loading on the machine.

Solubility and scope of application:

It has the ability to form any proportion in various organic solvents and paints, and has good wettability for various organic pigments.

Applicable to industrial paint, plastic paint, automobile repair paint, alcohol-soluble gravure printing ink and alcohol-water PU composite ink, not recommended for epoxy system;
