Product Description:

DH-7208A is an environmentally friendly, halogen-free, specially grafted copolymer. It is primarily used for surface treatment of PP, PE, POM, and EPDM rubbers, followed by spraying with PU and thermoplastic coatings, and vacuum plating.

Features and Usage:

●Strong adhesion, minimal shrinkage, and excellent water boiling resistance;

●Complies with halogen, ROHS, and PHAS environmental standards;

●DH-7208A: Use xylene in a 1:4 ratio. Dilute and spray 4-6µm onto the substrate surface. Allow to dry at 25°C for 5-10 minutes or bake at 70°C for 15 minutes before re-spraying.

Packaging and Precautions:

1. Seal the container immediately after opening if not fully used, as it may dry out and form a crust. Keep away from heat and ignition sources.

2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place.

3. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of this product is 12 months;
