Features:

DH-6192S is a high-molecular-weight block copolymer. It deflocculates pigments through steric hindrance, resulting in high gloss, increased transparency, and improved hiding power.

It has excellent viscosity reduction, allowing for increased pigment loading and improved leveling.

It is commonly used for grinding to produce resin-free pigment concentrates for water-based industrial coating systems. It is recommended to first grind the pigment, 6192S dispersant, and water (free of resins, amines, and cosolvents).

Dosage:

Before adding the pigment, thoroughly mix the additive with the water. Pigment should be added only after the additive is fully dispersed. Inorganic pigments: 10-20%; Titanium dioxide: 2-5%; Organic pigments: 20-50%; Carbon black: 50-100%

Packaging and Precautions:

Keep away from heat and ignition sources. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area at room temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Keep in a sealed container for 12 months.
